Spurred cordon pruned with the SIMONIT&SIRCH Method Vs traditional pruning methods
Marco Simonit compares two 15-years-old vine plants trained as Spurred Cordon: one which has been pruned with traditional methods and the other which has been pruned applying the SIMONIT&SIRCH Method from the very beginning. Both plants are dissected so that it is possible to see the consequences of the two pruning methods on the internal structure of the plants.
